1. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your buy order or sell order, kindly notify us by emailing us at support@hsgamer.com . Please note that once an order is in transit, we won’t be able to process cancellations.
2. Returns for Damaged or Wrong Products: In case a product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to support@hsgamer.com . To ensure eligibility for returns, our pre-owned games carry our logo stamp. However, minor transit box damage for pre-owned games and opened packaging for brand new products will not be eligible for return. Please remember that any return requests made after 24 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong products will not be entertained.
3. Return Policy for Pre-owned Games: Our pre-owned games come with a 7-day return policy for functionality issues. These games feature our logo stamp for easy returns. Please refrain from tampering with the logo stamp, as any damage to it will void the return eligibility. Only discs containing our logo stamp are eligible for return or replacement.
4. Returning Non-Functional Products: For products that are non-functional, we will arrange for a return pickup. Upon receiving the product, we will assess it for damage and functionality issues. Replacement will be provided if the product is physically intact and meets the criteria outlined in point 3. In cases where the product is functional, it will be returned to you after necessary shipping charges are paid.
5. Pre-owned Hardware Warranty: Our pre-owned hardware is covered by a warranty ranging from 1 month to 1 year from the date of delivery. If you encounter any issues with the product, please notify us immediately to initiate servicing. If the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement. Issues reported after 7 days but within the warranty period will result in servicing through our vendors. Please note that physical damage, repairs, or tampering with the warranty seal will void the warranty.
6. Warranty for Brand New Hardware: Brand new hardware items that come with the manufacturer’s warranty (details mentioned in the product description) must be claimed directly from authorized service centers of the manufacturer.
7. Orders in Transit: We regret to inform you that we cannot entertain any requests for order cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
8. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is initiated, please allow up to 7 working days for the process to be completed.
9. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of online payment used during the purchase. Please note that refunds cannot be directed to alternative modes of payment.
10. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be provided in cases where the same product is not available for replacement due to the following conditions: a. Damaged or faulty products. b. Receipt of wrong products not matching your order. c. Order cancellation before dispatch. d. Cancellation due to stock unavailability.
